State Inventory Officer (Adamawa)

📋 Description

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of POS devices, including stock levels, locations, and serial
• Verify serial number accuracy for all received POS devices against corresponding records, promptly
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies between physical and logical inventory, implementing
• Partner with procurement, sales, and warehouse teams to optimize inventory operations and
• Perform additional operational tasks as delegated and assigned by the State Coordinator.

🎯 Requirements

• OND/HND or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a
• Proven, similar experience in inventory management or related operational roles.
• Strong capability to reconcile inventory discrepancies and identify process improvements.
• Skilled in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Exceptional accuracy in data entry, record-keeping, and serial tracking.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, handle multiple operational demands, and meet deadlines.
