State & Local Tax (SALT) – Indirect Senior Tax Manager

📋 Description

• Deliver indirect tax consulting and compliance (Sales/Use tax)
• Perform nexus reviews, taxability analyses, and audit defense
• Identify and secure state/local tax credits and incentives
• Prepare technical memos and client presentations on SALT matters
• Manage multiple client engagements; advise clients and stakeholders
• Monitor legislation; communicate tax developments and opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's in Accounting; CPA/JD/CMI or Enrolled Agent preferred.
• 8+ years indirect tax consulting and compliance experience.
• Experience with Sales/Use Tax, Property Tax, Payroll Tax, Unclaimed Property, Credits.
• Strong client service and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple engagements in a fast-paced env.
• Proficient with tax software and technology.
