🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's in Accounting; CPA/JD/CMI/EA preferred.
• 5+ years indirect tax consulting and compliance.
• Strong client service and effective communication; manage multiple engagements.
• Proficient with tax software and technology.
• Experience with nexus reviews, taxability analyses, VDAs, and research.
• Lead staff recruiting, training, and mentoring; drive biz dev.
• Ability to explain complex SALT matters clearly to clients.
