State & Local Tax (SALT) –Indirect Tax Manager

📋 Description

• Lead SALT indirect tax consulting across multiple tax types.
• Conduct nexus reviews, taxability analyses, and tax research.
• Advise clients on credits, incentives, and development opportunities.
• Manage multiple engagements; act as a trusted advisor.
• Monitor legislative/regulatory developments; communicate implications.
• Drive SALT practice growth; mentor staff and support business development.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years indirect tax consulting and compliance experience.
• Bachelor's in Accounting; CPA/JD/CMI or Enrolled Agent preferred.
• Excellent client service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple engagements in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with tax software and technology.
• Experience with Sales & Use Tax, Personal Property Tax, Payroll Tax, Unclaimed Property, or Credits & Incentives.
