Station Supervisor

📋 Description

• Provide day-to-day station operation support.
• Supervise station cleaners, commissary, GOA and customer service agents.
• Ensure compliance with manuals and revisions.
• Analyze and improve work methods, procedures and equipment.
• Provide training resources for frontline and ramp agents.
• Resolve customer complaints, especially during irregular operations.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the US (Immigration Act of 1986).
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Education: High School Diploma/GED.
• Minimum one year CSA/GOA/Supervisor experience.
• Valid/unexpired driver's license.
• Preferred: MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint.
