Statutory Lead Singapore & Regional Statutory Coordinator

📋 Description

• Lead the preparation and review of Singapore statutory financial statements, including notes and
• Own the reconciliation between US GAAP and local statutory ledgers, identify required local GAAP
• Plan and coordinate the statutory audit with external auditors, service providers and internal
• Manage the statutory compliance calendar and drive timely completion of financial statement filing
• Partner with Tax and third-party providers on tax provision support, income tax return inputs, tax
• Document local statutory requirements through clear standard operating procedures, process maps

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline; CPA, ACCA, CA, CIMA or equivalent
• Minimum 10-12 years of progressive experience across accounting, record to report, statutory
• Demonstrated ownership of Singapore statutory financial statements and external audit delivery.
• Strong working knowledge of US GAAP/local GAAP and local statutory accounting requirements; IFRS or
• Experience operating in a shared services or matrix environment and partnering effectively with BPO
• Pharmaceutical, life sciences or another highly regulated industry background is preferred.
