Statutory Reporting Manager

📋 Description

• Own the USGAAP to IFRS bridge
• Own preparation and filing of statutory financial statements across all group entities and
• Manage the external audit process for statutory accounts, coordinating with auditors and local
• Ensure compliance with local GAAP/IFRS requirements and statutory filing deadlines across the UK
• Partner with the Corporate Secretary on entity management, ensuring statutory reporting aligns with
• Maintain technical accounting positions and disclosures required for statutory accounts, escalating

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience in statutory reporting, ideally within a multi-jurisdiction group or
• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent)
• Strong technical knowledge of UK GAAP/IFRS; familiarity with US, Nordic, or other European
• Experience managing external audit relationships and statutory audit processes
• Comfortable working across multiple entities and jurisdictions simultaneously, tracking deadlines
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong technical accounting judgement
