(StealthCo) Scientist: Biology and Cell Pharmacology

📋 Description

• Lead efforts to develop a novel hematologic therapeutic
• Develop, optimize, and perform cell-based assays for compounds
• Culture and differentiate multiple cell lines
• Translate assays to support in vivo pharmacology studies
• Maintain records, analyze data, and present findings
• Oversee external CRO activities

🎯 Requirements

• PhD in Cell Biology or Molecular Biology; 0-2 yrs industry exp preferred
• BS/MS in Cell or Molecular Biology; 5+ yrs industry research will be considered
• Tissue culture with human cell lines; CD34+ hematopoietic cells a plus
• Molecular biology: DNA/RNA purification; qPCR, RNA-seq; protein assays (flow, ELISA, WB)
• Demonstrated experience building novel cell-based assays
• Strong communication for cross-functional teamwork and documentation
