📋 Description

• Sterling OMS Lead role focusing on architecting and leading enterprise OMS solutions.
• Lead a team of developers and guide overall solution strategy.
• Bridge business requirements with technical execution using Sterling OMS and cloud-native
• Oversee integration with ERP/WMS/CRM and build Java-based microservices.
• Mentor and manage a team of 3-10 developers, onsite and offshore collaboration.
• Define technical roadmap, ensure code quality, and enforce best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of software development experience; 4-6+ years specifically in IBM Sterling OMS.
• Deep Sterling OMS expertise: Web SOM, Web COM, Call Center UI, order orchestration, pipelines, and
• Strong Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, REST API; familiarity with JavaScript, XML, XSLT.
• Cloud: AWS preferred (also Azure/GCP); containers (Kubernetes, Docker); CI/CD (Jenkins, Maven).
• SQL proficiency with Oracle/DB2; microservices and event-driven design (e.g., Kafka).
• Retail/eCommerce domain knowledge (order-to-cash, BOPIS, Dropship).
