Collaborate with Payroll, Legal, Finance, HR and brokers.
Educate employees on maximizing their equity compensation.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
5+ years in equity compensation administration for a U.S.-listed company.
Hands-on experience with E*TRADE Equity Edge Online (EEO).
Knowledge of global equity compensation practices and tax/compliance.
Excel and data analysis skills; ability to work with large datasets.
Experience collaborating on cross-functional projects; strong communication.
