Administer and oversee equity compensation programs, including stock grant options
Experience managing RSUs and ESPP programs
Maintain accurate records of equity grants, exercises, and vesting schedules
Prepare and distribute equity-related communications to employees
Experience maintaining a stock management platform
Understanding of stock market trends, company performance, and industry benchmarks

🎯 Requirements

2-4 years of experience
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field. MBA or CFA is a plus.
Certification preferred
Proven experience working with both private and publicly traded companies
Experience implementing a new stock management system is a plus
Experience with Workday is highly desirable
