  • Meet/exceed client SLAs on incident triage and storage infra
  • Support SAN fabric/storage array installs, upgrades, and decommissions
  • Create/update docs, guidelines, policies, and audit procedures
  • Troubleshoot storage issues; root cause analysis and performance tuning

🎯 Requirements

  • Hitachi Storage and Pure Storage experience
  • EMC and Brocade familiarity
  • SAN fabric, storage arrays, replication

  • CMDB maintenance and documentation
