📋 Description

• Develop and execute the brand's retail strategies
• Lead Sales, Operations and Visual teams to hit sales goals

• Build capability via coaching, performance management and training
• Establish succession and recruitment plans for key roles
• Ensure store visuals and merchandising meet brand standards

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of retail or related industry leadership experience
• Proven ability to drive business via KPIs and inventory accuracy
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills
• Cross-functional collaboration with ops, marketing and merchandising
• MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long shifts
