Open and close the store as needed
Supervise Front Desk staff; handle calls, voicemails, emails
Help customers online, by phone, or in person about cannabis rules and inventory
Supervise budtenders and maintain exceptional customer service
Schedule training for new employees; mentor new hires
Enforce inventory SOPs; work with Inventory Manager

🎯 Requirements

Must be 21+ years of age
Retail management experience (1 year minimum)
Customer service experience (3 years minimum)
Cannabis industry experience desirable
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
Authorized to live and work in the U.S.
