Open and close the store as needed
Supervise Front Desk staff; support answering calls and returning voicemails and emails
Assist with customer questions online, over the phone, and in-person about cannabis law, regulations, and inventory
Supervise sales activities of budtenders and ensure exceptional customer service
Assist with scheduling training for new employees and mentor guides
Manage and delegate duties to staff during the MOD segment

🎯 Requirements

Must be 21+ years old
Retail management experience (1 year min)
Customer service experience (3 years min)
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in professional and life experience
Must be authorized to live and work in the U.S.
Must be able to pass a criminal background check
