🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years retail management experience (jewelry a plus)
• Strong leadership and team development
• Customer-obsessed with on-floor leadership
• Proven sales and profitability track record
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
• Proficient with Google Suite and POS systems
