📋 Description

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of studio staff to ensure consistent delivery of exceptional
• Oversee daily studio operations, including inventory management, POS accuracy, and loss prevention.
• Drive sales and profitability by meeting or exceeding targets and coaching team members.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years proven experience in a retail management role, preferably in a similar service-oriented
• Proven strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate and develop a team
• Customer-obsessed, leading by example and delivering exceptional, memorable customer experiences
• Good
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
