Store Manager

📋 Description

• Lead store team to meet sales goals with friendly service
• Maintain product knowledge; educate customers on features/benefits
• Oversee store ops: opening/closing, returns, scheduling, metrics
• Ensure merchandising per MAPP; keep store clean and stocked
• Hire and develop in-store talent; partner with Talent Acquisition
• Foster a positive, high-performance store culture and teamwork

🎯 Requirements

• Sales management or customer service experience, ideally in specialty retail
• Proven ability to lead a team that delivers results
• Track record of teaching, motivating and holding a team accountable
• Experience with MS Excel and POS systems (RetailPro)
• Self-starter who delivers an outstanding, personalized retail experience
• Interest in motorcycles and willingness to engage with riding community
