Store Manager

📋 Description

• Manage store team and drive overall store performance, meeting sales goals.
• Partner with ASM to coach the team and ensure friendly service.
• Maintain product knowledge; inform customers and staff on features/benefits.
• Oversee opening/closing, returns, scheduling, metrics, and task delegation.
• Lead merchandising per MAPP; keep store clean, stocked, organized.
• Hire and develop staff; recruit locally and train.

🎯 Requirements

• Sales management and/or customer service in specialty retail.
• Proven ability to lead a results-driven team.
• Track record of teaching, motivating, and holding team accountable.
• Experience with MS Excel and POS systems (RetailPro).
• Self-starter delivering personalized retail experience.
• Eager to learn and engage with the riding community; riding knowledge desirable.
