📋 Description

• Manage store team and overall store success.
• Partner with the Assistant Store Manager to hit sales goals with friendly service.
• Maintain product knowledge and explain features/benefits to customers.
• Manage store operations: opening/closing, returns, scheduling, metrics, task delegation.
• Lead by example, train staff, and build a high-performing team.

🎯 Requirements

• Sales management or customer service in specialty retail.
• Proven ability to lead a results-driven team.
• Track record of teaching, motivating, and accountability.
• Experience with MS Excel and RetailPro POS.
• Self-starter delivering personalized retail experiences.
• Interest or knowledge in motorcycle riding (desired but not required).
