📋 Description

• Manage store's team members and overall success of the store
• Hold team accountable for meeting sales goals by ensuring friendly, enthusiastic customer service
• Maintain strong product knowledge and provide customers and team members with in-depth information
• Manage all store operations, including opening and closing procedures, administering returns/store
• Provide training, lead by example, and communicate sales goals

🎯 Requirements

• Sales management, product sales, and/or customer service experience, ideally in a specialty retail
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team that delivers results
• Proven track record of teaching, motivating and holding a team accountable
• Experience with computers (MS Excel) and POS systems (RetailPro)
• Self-starter mentality that consistently delivers an outstanding, personalized retail experience
• Open mind, eager to learn and be a part of the riding community
