Store Manager

📋 Description

• Manage the store’s team members and overall success of the store
• Partner with Assistant Store Manager to hold team accountable for meeting sales goals
• Provide friendly, enthusiastic customer service
• Maintain strong product knowledge and provide in-depth information on product features and benefits
• Manage all store operations, including opening and closing procedures, returns/store credit
• Ensure merchandising is completed according to MAPP and maintain clean, stocked, organized store

🎯 Requirements

• Sales management, product sales, and/or customer service experience, ideally in specialty retail
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team that delivers results
• Proven track record of teaching, motivating, and holding a team accountable
• Experience with computers (MS Excel) and POS systems (RetailPro)
• Self-starter mentality that consistently delivers outstanding, personalized retail experience
• Open mind and eager to learn and be part of the riding community
