📋 Description

• Lead Bellroy's first New York store in Flatiron with a design-focused, customer-first
• Open/close the store, manage stock, cash handling, and daily operations.
• Define store rituals, standards, and ways of working aligned with Bellroy values.
• Help write the retail playbook, not just inherit one.
• Collaborate with brand, CX and talent teams to refine the store experience.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in retail with leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong coaching and development skills.
• Ability to document standards across merchandising, sales, inventory and support.
• Calm under pressure with good on-floor decision-making and escalation handling.
• Excellent communication with customers and crew.
• Comfort with POS systems and basic troubleshooting.
