🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years retail management; jewelry experience a plus
• Strong leadership and team development
• Customer-obsessed; leads by example
• Proven track record of driving sales and profitability
• Flexible schedule including weekends/holidays
• Comfortable with POS systems and Google Suite
