📋 Description

• Develop and execute the store’s retail strategies
• Local market knowledge of clientele base and brand competitors
• Lead team to meet sales goals using company tools and incentives
• Demonstrate strong business acumen through KPI’s to drive strategies
• Oversee Sales, Operations, and Visual Managers to ensure key strategies
• Develop schedules to deliver results while maintaining labor

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of retail or related leadership experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move supplies
• Requires constant movement in store; ability to stand all shift
• Strong business acumen and KPI-driven mindset
