🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of retail experience. Experience in specialty, boutique, luxury, gift, home, or visual-led
• Experience coaching and developing leaders
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to interpret KPIs and drive performance
• Excellent communication, organizational, planning, and prioritization skills
• Strong visual merchandising and operational execution
• Experience balancing customer experience with payroll, productivity, and inventory management
