• Deliver exceptional customer experiences by fostering a customer-first culture, building lasting
• Lead and develop a small team of 2 full-time and 1 part-time associates through ongoing coaching
• Drive sales performance by setting daily priorities, modeling effective selling behaviors, coaching

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of retail experience. Experience in specialty, boutique, luxury, gift, home, or visual-led
• Experience coaching and developing leaders.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to interpret KPIs and drive performance.
• Excellent communication, organizational, planning, and prioritization skills.
• Strong visual merchandising and operational execution.
• Experience balancing customer experience with payroll, productivity, and inventory management.
