📋 Description

• Lead a customer-obsessed team on the selling floor delivering memorable ear piercing experiences.
• Develop staff (Nurse Piercers & Sales Associates) and maintain Rowan safety standards.
• Achieve studio targets and drive revenue growth through appointments and upsell.
• Oversee inventory, POS accuracy, and visual merchandising per brand standards.
• Ensure health and safety compliance and a clean, welcoming studio.
• Train onboarding and ongoing development; coordinate with corporate marketing and initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years retail management experience; jewelry a plus.
• Strong leadership with ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Customer-obsessed with exceptional service.
• Proven track record of driving sales and profitability.
• Proficient with Google Suite (Calendar, Gmail, Sheets, Docs) and strong communication skills.
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for 8 hours; flexible schedule.
