🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years retail management experience; jewelry a plus.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Customer-obsessed with delivering memorable experiences.
• Proven track record of driving sales and profitability.
• Proficient with Google Suite; comfortable with POS systems.
• Ability to work weekends/holidays; lift up to 25 lbs; stand 8 hours.
