🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of retail or related leadership experience
• MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/move during shift
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to drive goals
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership of outcomes
