🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years in retail management; jewelry experience a plus.
• Strong leadership to inspire and develop a team.
• Customer-obsessed with delivering memorable experiences.
• Proven track record of driving sales and profitability.
• Proficient with POS, Google Sheets, and inventory management.
• Flexible schedule (weekends/holidays) and able to lift up to 25 pounds.
