• Handle inquiries and complaints with professionalism.
• Maintain a clean, safe studio environment.
• Engage local community to drive brand awareness and appointments.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years in retail management; jewelry experience a plus.
• Strong leadership; motivate and develop a team.
• Customer-obsessed; lead by example on the selling floor.
• Proven track record of driving sales and store profitability.
• Comfortable with POS systems and Google Suite (Calendar, Gmail, Sheets, Docs).
• Flexible schedule; weekends and holidays required.
