• Create a warm, welcoming, celebratory atmosphere; greet and engage customers.
• Lead on the selling floor, delivering celebratory customer service.
• Help customers and friends/family choose and style their ears with Rowan jewelry.
• Handle inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism.
• Maintain a clean, safe studio environment at all times.
• Engage with the local community to drive brand awareness and appointments.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years retail management; jewelry experience a plus.
• Strong leadership to inspire, motivate and develop a team.
• Customer-obsessed; lead by example on the selling floor.
• Proven track record driving sales and profitability.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Proficient with Google Suite; comfortable with POS/tech.
