Store Manager - Hillbrow

📋 Description

• Manage the iKhokha Store, driving sales and activation ratios, implementing in-branch marketing
• Responsible for branch P&L's and managing a team of 5 branch staff.
• Represent and uphold the iKhokha brand and culture within the branch as well as evangelise iKhokha
• Be accountable for the performance of the iKhokha store and responsible for store P&L's.
• Drive sales and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Be responsible for maintaining relationships linked to stores.

🎯 Requirements

• National Senior Certificate (Matric) is required.
• Undergraduate Degree is advantageous.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in a Store manager or similar role.
• Strong interpersonal and people management skills with proven ability to coach and energise direct
• Informal market retail and retail operations experience with a strong focus on growth joined with
• Strong commercial skills and business acumen, with the ability to execute against sales, marketing
