📋 Description

• Develop and execute store retail strategies
• Lead, manage, and develop Sales, Operations, and Visual teams
• Drive sales and profitability while meeting KPIs
• Maintain merchandising standards and guest experience
• Lead and coach the store team with strong communication

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of retail or related leadership experience
• Strong business acumen and KPI-driven mindset
• Local market knowledge of clientele base and brand competitors
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
