📋 Description

• Manage the iKhokha Store, driving sales and activation ratios.
• Implement and manage in-branch marketing activities.
• Assist in staff route planning for outbound activities.
• Create revenue-generating opportunities in line with iKhokha goals.
• Manage branch P&L's and lead a team of 5 branch staff.
• Represent and uphold the iKhokha brand and culture.

🎯 Requirements

• National Senior Certificate (Matric) required.
• Undergraduate Degree advantageous, not required.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in a store manager or similar role.
• Strong interpersonal and people management skills.
• Informal market retail and retail operations experience.
• Strong commercial skills and business acumen.
