• Drive store performance by leading key sales initiatives such as clienteling, owning the floor
• Leverage KPIs and core business drivers (traffic, CVR, AOV, UPT) to set, communicate, and influence
• Command the floor during peak segments, instilling a sense of urgency and high-energy 'bias for
