📋 Description

• Develop and execute the store’s retail strategies
• Lead Sales, Operations and Visual teams to meet store goals
• Drive sales and profitability through KPI management
• Create a positive, productive work environment aligned with ALO’s mission
• Lead and develop a high-performing Sales, Operations, and Visual team
• Maintain merchandising standards and customer experience

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of retail or related leadership experience
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand and move for an entire shift
• Local market knowledge of clientele base and brand competitors
• Aligns with ALO’s mission and guiding principles
