📋 Description

• Develop and execute the store’s retail strategies
• Lead, manage, and develop all store business facets
• Achieve sales, profitability, ops goals and merchandising standards
• Lead Sales, Operations, and Visual teams to execute strategies
• Demonstrate strong business acumen via KPIs to drive growth
• Coach and develop store team to deliver guest experience

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of retail or related industry leadership experience
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Translate business goals into store strategies aligned with brand
• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication
• Ability to lift, push or carry up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand and move for an entire shift
