📋 Description

• Develop and execute the store’s retail strategies
• Lead, manage and develop Sales, Operations, and Visual teams
• Lead team by leveraging tools and strategies to meet sales goals
• Ensure delivery of KPI targets and operational standards
• Oversee Sales & Service, Operations, and Visual guidelines to drive results

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of retail or related leadership experience
• Strong people leadership and coaching abilities
• Exceptional communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams
• Experience with KPI-driven performance and succession planning
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds and work variable shifts
