📋 Description

• Managing the iKhokha Store, driving sales, activation ratios, implementing and managing in-branch
• Managing branch P&Ls and a team of 5 branch staff.
• Representing and upholding the iKhokha brand and culture within the branch and local community.
• Interviewing, recruiting, and training new staff members.
• Implementing performance management processes to ensure staff thrive and targets are met.
• Handling first-level HR and IR skills, monitoring staff productivity daily.

🎯 Requirements

• National Senior Certificate (Matric) is required; Undergraduate Degree is advantageous.
• Minimum 3+ years' experience in a Store Manager or similar role.
• Strong interpersonal and people management skills with proven ability to coach and energise direct
• Informal market retail and retail operations experience with a strong focus on growth and
• Strong commercial skills and business acumen, with the ability to execute against sales, marketing
• Proficient in MS Office with strong communication skills; ability to speak both English and
