🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of leadership or management experience in a small box specialty retailer
• Strong customer service orientation
• Business acumen and ability to drive results
• Passion for clothing and high-touch retail
• Digital savvy with social media and e-commerce platforms
• Experience in menswear or menswear retail is a plus
