• Develop and execute the store’s retail strategies
• Lead, manage and develop Sales, Operations, and Visual teams

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of retail or related industry leadership experience
• Demonstrates strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to lift, push, carry or move up to 50 pounds
• Excellent time management, ownership mindset and personal accountability
• Collaborates with cross-functional partners to support organizational goals
