📋 Description

• Represent Mizzen+Main with professionalism, product expertise, and personal presentation
• Deliver and model best-in-class, personalized customer service to drive sales and build lasting
• Maintain a welcoming, organized, and brand-aligned store environment
• Cultivate a positive, accountable, and collaborative team culture
• Recruit, onboard, and train sales associates and keyholders to perform at a high level
• Provide regular coaching, feedback, and team alignment through meetings and development sessions

🎯 Requirements

• Previous retail management experience required (minimum 2+ years preferred)
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and team-building skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in using POS systems, tablets, and retail management software
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and peak business periods
• Available to work 5 days per week, including at least one weekend day
