• Role: store manager trainee in retail, leading the team to achieve goals
• Initially act as assistant store manager, learn business, customers, products, and colleagues
• Participate in a 5-module, 5-day training program on KPIs, leadership style, store presentation
• Apply knowledge with mentor in daily store management
• Progress to next step: Store Manager or District Manager
• Hands-on, physical store work as part of daily training
