🎯 Requirements

• MBO work/thinking level
• Preferably work experience in Retail and a good understanding of store processes
• Experience with leadership or coaching is a big plus; ambition to develop into a real manager
• Fluent in Dutch (spoken and written) and good command of English
• Flexibility is important
• Result-oriented and social attitude, enjoys the dynamics of the retail world
