📋 Description

• Develop and execute the store’s retail strategies
• Lead Sales, Operations and Visual teams to meet goals
• Manage KPI-driven sales, profitability and brand standards
• Oversee daily store operations and guest experience
• Coach and develop team to align with ALO’s mission

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of retail or related leadership experience
• Strong business acumen with KPI focus
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
• MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) proficiency
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends/holidays
