🎯 Requirements

• Proven Store Manager or senior retail leader in upscale/premium brand with people leadership.
• Proven ability to lead teams in dynamic environments and maintain performance.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving; prioritize and lead through change.
• People-first leader passionate about developing others and building buy-in.
• Must have Canadian work authorization and be 18+.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and move through the store.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
