📋 Description

• Develop and execute the store's retail strategies
• Lead, manage and develop Sales, Operations, and Visual teams
• Achieve sales and profitability objectives and merchandising standards

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of retail or related leadership experience
• Strong business acumen with KPI-driven decision making
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Flexible schedule including weekends and peak periods
