📋 Description

• Lead and grow a 2–4 Shift Leads team; drive daily operations.
• Hire, train and give daily feedback; conduct 1:1s biannually.
• Improve store operations for fast delivery and accuracy.
• Collaborate across functions to ensure correct products on sale.
• Manage stock, freshness and waste; optimize orders.
• Oversee shift scheduling and incoming goods.

🎯 Requirements

• Leadership experience and ability to motivate others.
• Grocery store experience is a plus.
• Fast learner with ability to multitask.
• Proactive and service-minded with a can-do attitude.
• Tech savvy and comfortable with digital tools.
• Available day, evenings and weekends.
• Data-driven and analytical; understands data to improve.
• Fluent in Greek and English.
